I created the Storybook Hexagon Quilt from January-May 2014 as a gift for a dear friend’s first child, born in June.  It was my first “all-in” quilting project that had me scared for most of its construction.  🙂  It turned out great, and served to stoke my appetite for English Paper Piecing, String blocks, and free-motion quilting.
