Hello and welcome to my blog!
I think that everyone needs to include a little time for creativity and learning into every day! As a mom of four, I understand the time crunch to find time for personal improvement, but I honestly believe that time spent being creative helps me be the best parent and human being I can be. It doesn’t matter your creative medium, be it fabric, yarn, music, food…whatever, it’s important to fill your tank and feel the high of accomplishment with completing interesting projects alongside the push and pull of daily life.
If you’re struggling to find time to be creative, I’ve got organizational and time management ideas. If you’re simply looking for a hobby to try, I am a revolving door of interests…stick around for instructions and tutorials or just read on for inspirational eye candy. My major avenues of creativity involve fabric (quilts, clothing, historical costuming) and yarn crafts (knitting and crochet), but I also dabble in good cooking and music. Life is too short to be bored!
